Research Opportunity: NYU Langone Is Recruiting Participants With TBI

I wanted to share an opportunity that may interest others in the brain injury community.

I recently completed a research study through NYU Langone, and the research team has shared information about a paid, remote cognitive remediation study for people living with traumatic brain injury.

Having participated in research myself, I appreciate the importance of these studies. Not only do they help researchers better understand the challenges we experience, but they also contribute to the development and evaluation of approaches that may improve rehabilitation for future TBI survivors.

The study is recruiting adults who have a medically documented traumatic brain injury, are at least 12 months post-injury, and have access to a computer and headphones. Additional eligibility requirements apply.

You can also contact Gerald Voelbel, PhD, at NYU Langone:

Participation is voluntary, and eligibility is determined by the research team.

If you're living with a TBI and interested in contributing to research from the comfort of your own home, this may be worth exploring.
